ADPInc. also offers bookkeeping with Quickbooks through our BizKeeping service. Service includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Control, Check Writing and Payroll Processing.
There are three levels of engagement available to our clients in order to better satisfy their bookkeeping requirements:
- Supervisory and training: Account managers can be trained by our staff, and after training is complete, ADPInc. is available for the supervision of the account. This option allows for bookkeeping to be completed in-house and therefore, the books are readily available to allow for ease of financial reporting; this is especially when convenient management constantly requires unscheduled and non-standard reporting and/or analysis.
- After the fact bookkeeping: Account managers continue utilizing electronic or manual check writing for their in-house accounts payable and accounts receivable and ADPInc. completes the bookkeeping after the fact. This option enables clients to personally maintain control of their accounts, but because ADPInc. completes the bookkeeping after the fact, our system therefore produces the financial reports.
- BizKeeping: Complete outsourcing to ADPInc. of your bookkeeping needs. In a completely professional, convenient, accurate & timely manner, ADPInc. is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting for your company allowing you to enhance your focus on business and reduce risk while increasing productivity.
